The O'Reilly Hall and the UCD Health Sciences Centre will be buzzing this coming Thursday and Friday (18-19 Oct) when the Association for the Study of Medical Education (ASME) hold their Golden Jubilee Conference.
The title of the conference is 'Global Medical Education: a special role for Europe?' and among many interesting topics, issues such as the move to graduate medical education, the migration of doctors within the wider EU, underperforming doctors and the internationalisation of the undergraduate curriculum will be addressed.
I will be giving a short presentation myself on the design ethos behind your new Health Sciences Library.
Peter
